Guidelines for posting a debtor page 

The criteria for posting a debt this website are the same as those required before commencing with legal action. This website does not accept disputed debts.

THE TOTALITY OF ANY UNDISPUTED DEBT, APPEARING ON A DEBT PAGE ON THIS WEBSITE, IS CONSIDERED AS SATISFIED, IN FULL, SHOULD AN EARLY SETTLEMENT FIGURE OR ALTERNATIVE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BE CONCLUDED  ON RECEIPT OF THE APPROPREIATE SUM(S) FROM THE DEBTOR (OR FROM ANOTHER SOURCE ON BEHALF OF THE DEBTOR).

In the event of only part of a total debt being disputed, a posting of the non disputed element of outstanding debt is permissible on this website.

Reference to any additional disputed outstanding debt may be referred to in the 'other relevant information' section, but any settlement figure should not exceed the undisputed element of the debt.

By posting a debtor page to this website, the consumer credit licence holder identified on the relevant debtor page has confirmed that the debtor has;

a. failed to satisfy a demand for a sum of money due, the outstanding balance being more than three months overdue AND/OR

b. failed to agree a repayment schedule to  enable the outsanding balance to be repaid AND/OR

c. failed to adhere to an agreed repayment schedule for the outstanding balance

A debtor page will be generated,  optimised and posted on the internet once the the appropriate sum required to post a debt has been received into our bank account. 

A debt page may only be posted by the Data Controller of an account holder, or an employee of an account holder, authorised to post pages by the Data Controller on behalf of that account holder.
