The details contained within individual debt pages have been provided by consumer credit licence holders, who are required to comply with the strict  terms of their consumer credit licence issued by the Office of Fair Trading in order to ensure it is not revoked. The OFT forms listed above will assist you in determining whether any actions taken by them are worthy of complaint.


THE TOTALITY OF ANY UNDISPUTED DEBT, APPEARING ON A DEBT PAGE ON THIS WEBSITE, IS CONSIDERED AS SATISFIED, IN FULL, SHOULD AN EARLY SETTLEMENT FIGURE OR ALTERNATIVE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BE CONCLUDED  ON RECEIPT OF THE APPROPREIATE SUM(S) FROM THE DEBTOR (OR FROM ANOTHER SOURCE ON BEHALF OF THE DEBTOR).

Our requirement for posting a debt page to this website, requires the  consumer credit licence holder identified on the relevant debtor page to confirm the debtor has;

a. failed to satsify a demand to pay a sum of money due, the outstanding balance being more than three months overdue AND/OR

b. failed to agree a repayment schedule to  enable the outsanding balance to be repaid AND/OR

c. failed to adhere to an agreed repayment schedule for an outstanding balance

We wish to be as helpful as possible in assisting any debtors appearing on this website as a result of any incorrect or 'disputed' information and any debtor believing a debt page should not appear on this website should ALSO contact us, providing specifics to enable rectification.

We will seek a prompt consideration from our client and rectify any posting error, as soon we receive instruction to do so.  

In the event of us not receiving a reply from our client within 7 days or an unacceptable reply being received , with regard to a request from ourselves to review the validity of a debt page - the debt page will be cleared from the website, pending clarification.

Any debts posted on this website that are not disputed, may only be removed by meeting the terms specified by our client to clear the debt page - a client instruction is required to enable removal.
