Our requirement for posting a debt page to this
website, requires the
consumer credit licence holder identified on the relevant debtor page
to confirm the debtor has;
a. failed to satsify a demand to pay a sum of
money due, the outstanding
balance being more than three months overdue AND/OR
b. failed to agree a repayment schedule to
enable the outsanding balance to be repaid AND/OR
c. failed to adhere to an agreed repayment
schedule for an outstanding balance
